Crafting production-grade GenAI applications

Join Ajinkya Malasane, senior director, product strategy and marketing for TELUS Digital (formerly TELUS International), and Vikram Chatterji, co-founder and CEO of Galileo, a generative AI (GenAI) evaluation company, as they provide efficient and effective ways to solve key GenAI project blockers for easier deployments.

Video screen shot showing two people and a slide.

The post-training technology stack and processes are becoming pivotal to building effective and differentiated GenAI applications. Developers face many blockers for large language model fine-tuning and evaluation such as how to source high-quality datasets for fine-tuning, how to determine the best methods for evaluating model accuracy and how to ensure ongoing model monitoring consistency.

In this video, the speakers ease the load of your GenAI stack by providing insights on both automated and human-powered solutions to tackle key challenges associated with generative AI projects. Regardless of where you’re at in your GenAI journey, these guidelines can help smooth the way.

Key takeaways from the video

  • checkmarkHow to source the highest-quality datasets for supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback and RAG through access to a diverse workforce and a platform that can make the process easier and more efficient.
  • checkmarkCritical evaluation techniques for benchmarking the accuracy of your model across the AI workflow (from development to production).
  • checkmarkThe best ways to ensure consistent, continuous application monitoring, including alerts for hallucinations, security and privacy, anomaly and drift detection, and debugging and root-cause analysis.
