Gopi Chande

I have served as TELUS Digital's Chief Financial Officer since March 4, 2024. Before joining TELUS Digital, I spent 14 years with TELUS Corporation, holding various senior leadership positions and managing a wide-ranging portfolio that included treasury, corporate development, investor relations, pensions and sustainability.

Prior to my tenure at TELUS, I worked at KPMG, with assignments in Vancouver, Budapest and the Silicon Valley. Additionally, I served as the Controller at the multinational tech start-up, E2open. I have gained extensive governance experience, having served as a Board Member of the Telecommunication Workers Pension Plan, Concert Properties and Canarie.

Throughout my career, I have prioritized commitment-based management and have fostered collective action across teams to ensure we are achieving the economic fundamentals that are core to strategy. I aim to create a culture of innovation and collaboration that drives success for our team, customers and partners.

I call Vancouver, Canada, home, where I live with my husband and two teenagers. This is also where I earned my CPA, CA (Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant) designation with Gold Medal distinction, followed by the honor of being elected a Fellow (FCPA) in 2022. Additionally, I am a certified accountant in the U.S. (CPA Illinois).

Connecting with the community is a passion of mine. I proudly serve as the chair of the Board of Mulgrave Independent School and as a Board member of the BC Women's Hospital Foundation. As a mother, wife and leader of diverse teams, I am powered by purpose and aim to give back wherever I can. I am a passionate mentor to many at TELUS and TELUS Digital, as well as through the Professional Women’s Network for the Dress for Success Organization.
